I provide two main styles of sessions that are tailored to your needs based on pressure and the therapeutic nature of the session.

Swedish Massage

Indulge in the ultimate relaxation with a rejuvenating Swedish massage. This technique utilizes long, flowing strokes to release tension and promote deep relaxation. Experience the benefits of improved circulation, reduced stress, and increased flexibility where the nervous system is allowed to fully relax and the muscular tissue follows. This is a great option for individuals with high stress and tension in their bodies that are looking to focus on relaxation and self care.

Deep Tissue Massage

For those looking for more of a sports style approach, deep tissue massage utilizes greater pressure throughout the session to release tension and constriction in muscles. Using slow, firm pressure, we focus on the deepest layers of muscle tissue release adhesions and improve range of motion. Keep in mind that I am not an ultra deep tissue therapist, I believe in working superficial to deep within the muscular tissue and utilize techniques such as trigger point therapy, cross fiber friction, myofascial release and others to work therapeutically with the body.

Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are very important to me, and they are reserved especially for you. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, so I kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

Less than 24 hours notice may result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service.
Arriving late may shorten your treatment time out of respect for the next guest.
